MYK Silk Tracking Order Status

Sent me the wrong size pillow cases and they won’t respond to my emails. There is no other way to contact them either. Horrible customer service if you limit your contact information and won’t respond.

I only received half of my order. I have sent four emails over several weeks to alert MYK Silk of this and I have still not gotten a response. There is no other way to contact them besides email, and they won’t respond.

I was sent the wrong items, I have wrote them emails to both emails, have wrote them on every social media platform available and tried their phone number. NOTHING!! I will never buy from this company again.

I need to return the bonnet and get a larger size. I have sent them 6 emails and NO Answers! Their customer service is terrible. Their website is not working at all!

I have been waiting for their response for more than 15 days. They made a mistake with my order, and there is no way to contact them.
