Kitsch Tracking Order Status

I tried the rice shampoo and conditioner. Oh WOW, I love it. I noticed that I'm thinning on the side of my front side scalp due to having my hair in ponytails and buns. I'm hoping to see regrowth as what i read in the reviews. If I'm using the wrong bar, please let me know. I love this brand and I give it 10 and beyond. My hair feels so good and smells great. I will love to try all your products as a tester.😁❣❣❣❣❣🥰🥰

I have made a few orders recently, including satin pillowcases, shampoo and conditioner, scrunchies, clips, hair bonnet, a heatless curler, and the round blow dry brush. I received the round blow dry brush today and noticed a dent in the top. I emailed their team and provided pictures...the response time was under 5 minutes and it was the BEST experience I have ever had with a brand. They offered a refund or a replacement brush...and I obviously want the replacement because I LOVE all their products. Not only do they make quality, affordable products...they have an amazing team. I will continue to purchase from them because this experience makes it that much better. Thank you Kitsch...keep rocking on!!!

I kept seeing the ad on Facebook and decided to try the shampoo bars out. I had a problem ordering in that I couldn't get to the checkout it just kept looping. Very easy to contact customer support whom I emailed. They literally got back to me within a few minutes and were so helpful. I was able to sort out my issue. If the products are as good as the service then my hair is going to be like Rapunzel!!

I have used the rice water shampoo and the coconut oil conditioner today and wow wow wow!!! Great lather and the softness of my hair post shower and air drying is amazing. Very pleased I took the leap into this type of hair product. Next will be the purple toning bar. I think I will alternate between the purple and the rice one. Also though I'm not enamoured of the body sugar scrub smell... its not offensive just would prefer something more uplifting my, my skin is also super soft... Win win win! Thank you. I shall be recommending to friends and family.
