Fast shipping . Items just as I ordered them. Reasonable..

Would make more sense and be easier to use if the part where you positioned the stamp wasn't round! Literally the back side is flat for no reason. Why didn't they just turn it around? When you try and hold the stamps in place they move around.

Quality is what you pay for, don't expect high-end look. But what I am unhappy about - is the fact that they engrave the other side of the "coin" with their personal ad, massive letters. I am not your advertiser, guys... The coin flips so 50% of the time you will be showing off "Myintent.org" Not cool...

I love the idea of the intent bracelet, but choose your item carefully. My word was imprinted on the metal in a size that allows the bracelet ties to obscure a portion of the word. It’s not the end of the world, I suppose, but I had hoped to see my word clearly. My word was 7 characters long. After 2 weeks of wear, the metal tarnished. I was told that is because I ordered brass. Tarnishing will not happen with the other finishes. Their customer service was a bit rocky at the beginning, but ultimately it was superb because they used my issue as a learning tool to teach customer service reps a better way. That is by definition a customer service oriented company; one that cares about their customers and growth.

I received my order and my bracelet is defective and there was an item missing. I have contacted them via email, facebook, private message (there's no phone number) and have not received any response. UPDATE: I did finally get a response and a replacement bracelet and the missing item.
