My round trip flight from Florida was canceled due to hurricane Ian and I was sent an email stating I would receive a full refund and that it could take up to one or two billing cycles to show on the credit card. It’s been two billing cycles and still no full refund has been received. I have emailed and phoned several times but still no refund.

I made a mistake on my booking and immediately called to cancel. That was over a month ago and they still haven't returned the money to my credit card. They freely admit it could take more than two months. When I told them I was filing a dispute with my credit card company the attendant chuckled and said 'go for it.' I would give them a 1 star but they were quick to cancel my flight. Never again.

In the end i got my ticket so all was fine BUT i booked a month in advance and in the confirmation email it said id get my e ticket instantly once the payment method was verified. They captured funds and didnt send the ticket. I waited 3 weeks before contacting them to give them the benefit of the doubt.i called and got hung up on and rude remarks, they kept telling me a day id get it, then the day would come and i never got it. I started calling multiple times over 3 days and they all complained about how often i called. For 1 thats mean and bad customer service. If you guys did your jobs and gave correct answers to people, we wouldnt need to call again! Then i got a girl named JENNY. She deserves a raise as she was the best customer service agent out of them all. She was the only one that was nice and helped me. She emailed me my ticked INSTANTLY. So the other agents i spoke to were just lazy and didnt want to email it clearly …. You have to HOUND this company to get your ticket. Its alot of stress but at least i got my ticket in the end. IF ANYONE HAS PROBLEMS CALL AND ASK FOR JENNY! Shes the best!

The old owner was nice fella but since someone else tuck over he doesn’t have a clue never gets back to you even the staff in the shop not help full
