Our law firm has been using the MyFax service for quite sometime and have always been happy with the service. Our firm's credit card was compromised and we missed a few payments understandably, but MyFax customer service were very helpful and even assisted in comp'ing one of the months. Although it wasn't expected, it was very much appreciated! I would recommend this service.

Can't get a human to answer a question when I call and the recording says there is no more support via call. Simple question of why can't I send a 216 page fax and just be charged for the 116 pages over 100 pages? (Yes I'm doing it correctly) I want to spend money with this company and they won't take my call. I will give them 10 minutes to answer my same email and then I am out and onto another company. Ridiculous.

I have been a MyFax customer for more than 10yrs I believe, and when I have an issue customer service has always taken good care of me, whether it's updating my billing information or some technical support I am always guaranteed Speedy service! Elizabeth provided me with the highest level of service and quickly,... as I always expect from any MyFax representative!

UPDATE 12July2024; MyFax has applied a credit to my account given the details explained below. I appreciate Elizabeth's prompt response to my emails to her questioning the duplicated fax pages I received. Have been a long time MyFax customer. I recently received more than 300 duplicate faxed pages. MyFax is charging me for the duplicate pages, duplicate pages that could have been as a result of errors either from MyFax or from the sender. In any event, they were duplicate. I am awaiting MyFax response to the credit request. This will determine whether or not I remain with MyFax and, I will update my rating once they respond.
