Purchase never delivered. Didn't realize until after purchasing that the merchandise comes from China. The delivery tracking is confusing, and no response except a repeat "your package has shipped" email. **Update** After some confusing communication, the package was delivered a bit later than expected. The vendor reached out with a small refund for my inconvenience. The experience was not as I had hoped, but they made it right.

I am really disappointed. The website said printing done in USA. I paid extra to expedite my order to 6-9 day, which should have arrived by 11/20. The item I purchased is for my brother's memorial service and won't arrive in time because it is coming from China not USA. Update: they responded that an email was sent...no email ever received and still no product 😞
