The bag I ordered was exactly as described. This company is excellent at giving information about the order and its progress through to delivery. This is my second order and both times the delivery was very quick - only 24 hours from placing the order. Sadly the delivery company this time was poor - the parcel left by a hedge in the front garden. Thankfully, I spotted it as I knew it was due. My Bag may want to review their couriers.
