I placed an order with My 1st Years and unfortunately one of the personalised items was misspelt, I emailed customer services and to my amazement I received a reply in less then 20 minutes and they are now sending me a replacement using their express delivery service which means I will receive my correctly spelt order in time for my daughters birthday. The lady who helped me was named Dorota and I can’t thank her enough for getting this matter resolved so quickly. Amazing customer service and high quality gifts which I and my daughter will treasure.

I had an issue with a pair of baby boots I emailed My1st years and to my amazement my email was acknowledged within less than 24hrs. A lady named Sarah emailed me back apologizing and resolved the issue within under 24hrs. I will definitely be buying again from this website. I’m still astonished at how quick Sarah was at picking my e-mail up and resolving the issue. Thankyou My1st years and Sarah.

Fantastic company, great quality products, and excellent customer service! There was a spelling error on a bodysuit that I purchased, and the company was quick to remedy the error and send a new bodysuit straight away. Shannon was very helpful in facilitating this!
