One of the best experiences with ordering a sofa. customer service were really helpful when I had a question about the product. The delivery team did such an amazing job and even unpacked it for me. Everything was just so organised and seamless and the product quality was 10/10. My only recommendation would be if a custom size was also an option but otherwise all perfect.

If you are thinking of buying a Mason chair. Be sure to check the handles on the back of the chair right away. Very rare we use the chairs and the handle on one chair moves on one side with no screw visible. I complained after we seen the problem approx 6 months after and was told they cannot do anything about it. We haven’t pulled the handle hard as suggested. I look after my furniture!!! No screw insight, so was there one there in the beginning? I would have liked to add a photo but can’t. I did send 2 photos in my complaint email.

I had a great experience with My Furniture team. From organising delivery slot to bringing everything into flat ( have to admit not many companies are so organised!) Happy with my purchases, everything looks great. Many thanks for Chris and Jevan for unpacking my sofa in their van to make sure it can fit through the doors. Guys also attached legs to the sofa which is massively appreciated.
