I emailed them on 3rd August as I was gifted one of their bracelets during my stay in Malta which had fallen off my wrist as it fastened quite loosely. They responded within less than 20 minutes asking for my name and address so they could send me a replacement over to the UK free of charge. Today (10th August) I received this in the mail, completely free of charge! This bracelet already seems to be much better quality and not unclasping so I assume the previous one was just faulty. So happy with this outcome and will definitely be recommending this website to family and friends.

To recap my utterly horrendous online retail experience with Mvintage: 1) Their website charged my card but did not process the order - I had to pursue this issue manually with customer support to "resolve" it. 2) My email to customer support (sent as advised after speaking to website chat support) was ignored/missed until I contacted Facebook Messenger support (who confirmed in writing that my email was missed). 3) I received no order receipt - no card receipt - no digital acknowledgement of my order - at all. The only evidence I have of my purchase is my interaction with customer support and the product once it was finally delivered... 4) The order was delivered to my address in Malta despite every previous interaction citing a UK shipping address. 5) When I flagged point (4) to Mvintage they apologised and said "we've been in contact with our couriers and they've advised that the package was accepted from your end." Final result: A week of stress and chasing from my end, and delays from Mvintage's... plus not benefitting from the advertised free overseas shipping and being forced to post it myself, via courier. The reason I went online is because we are in the middle of a pandemic. The reason I went with Mvintage is because I wanted to "support local" businesses. However, I cannot begin to describe how bad this experience has been, and I deeply regret using their online store. I am sure the physical shops are absolutely fine - but my experience as a digital customer was atrocious.
