MUSELY Tracking Order Status

I canceled and they still sent me another bottle and was told I can't get a refund now I'm stuck with products I don't use and $77 taken from me triple check if you try to cancel. This is my 2nd bottle .. Buyer Beware

RIP OFF- Smaller bottle, half the amount of product for the same price as 18 months ago. Why the huge (for the small tube) cardboard box WITHIN A CARDBOARD BOX- such wasteful packaging. More maddening is the amount of ointment- probably LESS THAN AN OUNCE, but they don’t put the weight on the packaging or ANYWHERE. So you can compare the 1.5 ounces they USED to ship. Have your doc write you a scrip for hydroquinone, add your own moisturizer, and you’re set. This is SO NOT WORTH IT and I’ll have to figure out how to stop them from shipping every month.

I have tried and tried to cancel my automatic reorder. It always runs me in circles. It is much to harsh for my skin. I need to cancel now. Very unnerving not to be able to speak to anyone

* you should be able to speak to a live agent!! I wasted so much time waiting for responses, w a simple question. Things got very complicated/ multiple emails! Customer service model sucks! Exchanging profits for quality customer srvce! Take money out of your IT Software money and take care of your clients!!!

It’s a good product but the price is outrageous. Another comment stated shrinkflation as an issue, you ain’t never lied! The last plastic bottle I purchased I’ve had nothing but issues with. I have to take a small pin and place inside the small hole on the bottom or slam it against something firm to get to the product. Lord, for what they charge I should never have issues like this! It’s like work getting to the little bit of product your 70 bucks buys! Totally ridiculous and upsetting, but it is a good product, that’s why the 3 stars.
