Muscle Squad Tracking Order Status

Another great order with MuscleSquad. I've now bought 150kg of plates, their P2 bench, storage racks and the super curl bar from them and I can't fault the service. Good communication throughout, quick delivery and very happy with the price I paid. I'll be back the next time I need something for my gym!

Customer Service - AKA Directly Emailing (Getting Responses in a matter of minutes multiple times regarding update questions on my order) this gave me a lot of comfort being able to find out what was happening with my order as I was unable to track it at first.

The order process was easy; the delivery was quite fast and I was kept informed all the way through. I'm happy with the dumbbells I bought; yeah there was a slight smell and oily feel to them, but once I wiped them down, they were fine. No problems whatsoever. Will be back for more as I progress. :)

The Ethos bench is a great piece of kit, very sturdy and fit for the weights I will be using. unfortunately the only negative was the issues with the courier not having all the packages, even though the muscle squad website saying it will possibly being in two deliveries. a bit of confusion and delay, but was sorted by both parties. Will definitely be recommending to people I know.
