Muscle Food Tracking Order Status

I recently bought some of the ready meals and the quality of the chicken in them isn’t great. Grey/black bits throughout the pieces.

This is the second time I've used Muscle Food and both times my order was short of a substantial amount. Constant nagging got me a voucher the first time and the second time has been a nightmare with 10 steaks and 20 gammon steaks missing. Countless emails all trying to tell me I'm mistaken! No resolution yet. Perhaps the only way forward is to repot them to trading standards.

Great quality meat with really good portions sizes. Makes you realise how little you get for buying meat at the supermarket. Quick and efficient customer service.

Ordered Egg whites, the order was 2 days over due. I chased this up with them they were quite helpful but there was a problem with DPD. When it did arrive I was at work so it would have been sat on the doorstep for 4 hrs in 24 degrees sun if it wasn't for my neighbour. When I got it in the ice packs in side had melted also I only had 10 days date on it owing to muck up with dispatch. Not good the only good thing was that the Whites are good value. DPD shocking.

Received 5kg of chicken, went to separate into 1kg bags, Chicken seemed slimy on delivery when taking out of the packaging, there was chicken juice leaking everywhere, tbh it smelt fairly rough at this point but I put it down to being next to a large amount of meat in front of me; cooked a kilo for a meal prep for two days and tasted grand but two days later my other kilo of chicken in the fridge reeked, smelt gone off! Had to bin that kilo of uncooked chicken. The rest are in the freezer, currently thawing out one bag to check how they will turn out, probably going to just go to the butchers in future!
