MunchFit Tracking Order Status

I have had two deliveries now from Munchfit and am very happy with the quality of the food. However, I am experiencing ongoing problems with the website and for over a week now I have been unable to login to my profile, meaning that I am unable to preview the contents of my upcoming deliveries and make any changes to the selection. This means that I not only am unable to change my meal selections, but that I don't even know what they are in the first place! I flagged this with Customer Services three days ago and they said that they would look into it, but despite a chasing email after two days, I have still had no response and am still unable to log in to my profile, so for this reason I am giving a low rating.

The food was fantastic, I was wondering if you collect the freezer bags as I still have them? They may come in useful one day!

I thought the meals were excellent. Very tasty! I don’t the week trail and would certainly recommend. It is a little out of my budget but really good meals if you have the money for it. The turkey meatballs were my favourite.

The food was absolutely delicious and delivered on time, well packaged, etc. It's nice to have a meal service where you just need to stick something in the microwave/oven or even eat it cold. Saved me a tonne of time. After the initial 90% off offer that I had, the cost was too high to continue, unfortunately. I'd highly recommend it though if you can afford it and especially if you've got training goals - you can hit your macros every time with no effort.
