They don’t declare all shipping fees so you end up with a very high bill. When you try and speak to the staff they are very rude. One even yelled over social media. Terrible attitude. Shipping cost over £100 in total because they failed to provide information to get it through customs because ‘it’s not their problem’. Just so so rude and hurtful when you have spent £250 on a cardigan you can’t wear. The product isn’t fit for purpose, it comes with a sheet saying don’t wear it in the sun, in the rain, for to long or it will stretch and it sheds like crazy. It can’t be worn.
