With this new information I can now start to offset these revelations by altering my lifestyle. Top level support and guidance for my ACL operation. James Brown at Muhdo came highly recommended to help with the nutrition ahead of surgery. The consultation was straightforward which comes down to a wealth of knowledge and experience. I received a personalised nutrition plan which was simple to follow and any queries I had were quickly resolved. This was a good thing that I had opted for and thanks to Tenzin Choeden from Bangalore , India for explaining me everything in detail which was very helpful. A few recommendations that they should follow is that inform the customer when the sample is sent. The lab should further again inform the customer that the sample has been received by email or app. As this will help us customers instead of worrying. Cancer insight should also be included as it’s a major health concern. Jan Mullock was very prompt in getting back and replying to my queries . Overall I am happy with the services so far as it’s quite an impressive report with great health insights also awaiting my epic genetic report which takes a longer time.
