MrJet SE Tracking Order Status

The hotel Braston rua Augusta is horrible, For fifteen days I stayed in this hotel, I complained about cleaning in the room with the air conditioning full of dust, the windows dusting, there was leakage in the apartment above room 710 I complained three times for them to take action and change my room, the towels were old and stained, the bedding was threadbare and an old blanket smelling badly, it looked like a dead bear, someone came into my room and stole money and a leather boot with snow protection * I live outside Brazil *, I said with the manager and he replied that the staff he has always been reliable and competent, he did not apologize and did nothing to solve the problem, on the contrary they acted indifferently I do not recommend this hotel nor for the worst enemy. Those staying in it have to take photos of all their objects and store in suitcase with padlock because the safe they can open with ease. Disclose this story because I felt disrepected and invaded. Avoid staying at this hotel in the end the amount paid does not compensate the stress passed during the stay. Stop the offert with this bad hotel

Hej! Tyvärr tror jag inte på mrjet längre! Har blivit fel flera gånger...men nu räcker det! 38.000kr till USA t o r på ekonomi biljett är inte sant...!!! Att inte få hjälp att rätta till detta uppenbara misstag är helt oförståeligt. Alla förstår att det inte kan ha gått rätt till....utom MrJet... Jag har ofta valt att boka våra biljetter genom mrjet, men sänder nu ut i min organisation att vi fr.o.m 2018 slutat Använda MrJet. Kan inte lita på en partner som inte är en partner..! ingen hjälp vid fel och ingen service!

Jag har alltid gillat MrJet men dagens bokning var en stor besvikelse. 95 kr i kortavgift tillkom (olagligt i Sverige) men finns sedan inte med på kvittot, hur f-n ska jag kunna få tillbaka pengar av företaget. När man sedan försöker kontakta er så gömmer ni kontaktuppgifterna så att det tar 18 klick att komma dit. När man väl gör det så har ni ingen mail utan bara ett avgiftsbelagt telefonnummer. SNACKA OM DÅLIG KUNDSERVICE! Seriösa företag är inte rädda för att bli kontaktade och lägger på alla kostnader på kvittot.

Varför kan man bara boka resor fram tills den sista oktober?
