MPB Tracking Order Status

J'ai fait évaluer par MPB mon Canon 5D Mark IV, j'ai eu des échanges par mail, les réponses MPB à mes questions ont été claires et rapides, en moins de 24 heures (merci à Christophe), j'ai envoyé mon matériel gratuitement et 3 jours plus tard j'ai eu le montant du devis définitif. Celui-ci est presque au prix de reprise annoncé initialement par MPB. Le paiement sera fait sous 3 jours maxi. Très satisfait par leur réactivité et le professionnalisme, je recommande MPB sans aucune réserve.

I recently sold equipment but had a glitch in getting paid which was ultimately related to my entering the wrong routing number. I emailed MPB who responded very quickly. The follow up was outstanding and their personnel could not have been more understanding and helpful. Frankly I was stunned by how carefully and quickly they resolved the problem. Kudos to MPB! I will definitely use their service again.

Great website for everything camera, easy to find what you are looking for and all at good prices. The camera I purchased(Nikon D5500)is great and work well with the two lenses i purchased at the same time, everything arrived within 3 days looked great can't wait to start snapping.

I have sold thousands of dollars worth of gear to MPB and the process is always seamless. I recently tried getting a quote from another buyer; the process took weeks, I had to make calls and send emails, and they wanted to play "let's make a deal" with me. MPB is always fast, no nonsense, and fair. They often upgrade my quote because I tend to under-value my gear! That tells me that they're honest. Recently, I made my first purchase from MPB but the item ended up being not quite right for me, so I started a return. I worried that the return process might not be as smooth as selling to MPB is, but they made it very easy, no questions asked, and my refund was issued quickly. I only had to pay the return shipping, which is typical. I would absolutely recommend MPB for both buying and selling used gear.
