During Black Friday, they accepted an order with a large processing discount, but in the end, after a large amount of time, the site canceled this order. They simply refused to sell shoes at 30% off and offered to order them at full price. I missed the opportunity to order this pair of shoes from another site because I was counting on this site and a discount.

Recently had to phone this company to enquire about an item. The person who answered , Nick, couldn’t have been more helpful if he tried . It’s so lovely to have great customer service and it was much appreciated ! I look forward to receiving my boots and will definitely use the company again
