Mous Tracking Order Status

Had a minor issue with my phone case cover. One email later and I've been sent a brand new one within two days. Excellent customer service. Well done Team Mous!

Mobiel met mous case van 6 hoog naar beneden gevallen op stoeptegels. Denk meter of 20? Case zat barst in en geluid van mobiel kan niet meer zachter. Verder niks aan de hand.

Bought the 16 inch macbook pro 2021 sleeve for my macbook and i love it. The sleeve feels solid and sturdy and it is easy to carry with the expanding handle.

I have had several Mous accessories over the years for my Apple products, including phone cases and mounts. I have always been really pleased with the quality - and have found that they’re the only cases to ever last me a whole 24 months (phone contract length). I feel so much happier using the Mous products with their great protective features, I wouldn’t be without. Yes they are dearer than some other cases, but they will always last and protect! “Buy cheap, buy twice” comes to mind with most other cases on the market. I had the Limitless 3.0 on my iPhone 12 Pro since new for about 2.5 years, and the case did break away from the backing. I thought I’d have to buy a whole new case, until I saw Mous have a Lifetime Warranty on the cases and some other products. I got in touch with Mous who got back to me very quickly, and the fantastic Sarah informed me that my case was now discontinued. This did not stop the Lifetime Warranty offer, as she offered me to choose from the newer cases for the iPhone model I had and she promptly sent it out to me via Amazon Shipping. This is the first time I have had a phone over the 2 years (kept it after contract ends) as I am trying to be smarter with money with CoL. I am so pleased that Mous stood by the Lifetime Warranty stated on their website and didn’t try to find a way out of honouring that. Sarah was brilliant. She was incredibly friendly, understanding and helpful. Her replies were always fast and she got my Warranty Claim sorted promptly! Thanks again to Sarah and all at Mous, your products are FAB and I will never buy another brand!
