Have had the policy for about a year and had my first claim last week with a tyre being punctured. I didnt know what to do but the guys on the phone were really helpful, hand held me through the process and paid the claim within 7 days. Follow up call from them about 6 days in and would recommend for sure

Motoreasy was clear about what payments I am supposed to receive for my claim. They explained the details and promptly arranged for the reimbursement. Ryan was very helpful and kept me informed.

Generally I have found MotorEasy very simple to deal with, and when I made a claim it was all handled smoothly. However, when it came to booking my car in for service & MoT, things went awry and I spent a lot of time on the telephone sorting things out - but all's well that ends well.

So easy to get a reminder about my MOT and a simple booking process and it’s all confirmed and done.
