Motif Tracking Order Status

I've used Motif/Mimeo in the past with good results. Very easy to use and the photo books are quite nice. Now, for the past week, I've been trying to purchase a photo book I created and the customer service is terrible. I hate to say it, but who ever is responding to my emails seems not to know how to read. They ask me questions that I've already answered and are offering either canned, useless answers or solutions that are internally inconsistent and don't work. I have used them in the past with good results but am not going to again because of the hours of frustration this has caused.

This is my 3rd project & it went very well. I knew some of my pictures were going to be pixelated but the book still looks great!

My daughter”s eleventh wedding anniversary was captured with all the characters in Disney World. What a fun picture book that will be looked through day after day!

Best relation between price and quality. I just love it.

The layouts are easy to use, the product is great, My mum was so happy to receive her photo book.
