I came in as I had cream coloured casual trousers that I wanted dressing up for a wedding. Chris was extremely helpful in designing an outfit that worked and kindly educated me in what materials/fabrics and colours work with the look. Chris was very knowledgeable in the field, very welcoming and all-round friendly - I recommend speaking to him on your visit!

Have been dealing with this store over the last couple of months sorting out 5 suite for my wedding and I have to say what a pleasure it has been , Kerry and Chris as both a credit to this company as the level of customer service has been outstanding nothing is to much trouble, thank you for making this a breeze I hope you are recognise for the extra mile that you have gone. Looking for a suit to wear at my wedding as a groom was a task I wasn’t looking forward to but thanks to Will in Moss Manchester it has made the whole process a breeze. I cannot thank him enough. Firstly, I never booked an appointment, as I wasn’t aware of this process, and secondly happened to be out shopping on a Saturday of all days too. All staff were busy but helpful however Will went that extra mile and was so courteous and attentive to my needs, coming to my rescue once he had completed his appointment. We went through all options, suits, sizes and nothing was too much trouble. The whole process went on for circa 2 hours, partly due to my questions/requests but also the service Will provided. Once finalised, I noted that it was 5pm, the store closing time however Will and the Store Manager, Chris, had no issues allowing me to proceed with my order etc. I didn’t leave until 5.30pm and they did not mind at all. The service has well and truly been impeccable and Will has followed up since with updates and confirmation of suit arrival. I have now picked up my made to measure suit and it is exactly what I wanted. I couldn’t have got it right first time without Will and his help so very grateful and will only ever go back to him and Moss Manchester. I look forward to future suit purchases!! Only feedback for other customers is book an appointment via the website for a great experience as the store can naturally get busy, especially around wedding/prom season! Thanks again Will
