Moroccanoil Tracking Order Status

Updated Review: A customer service rep contacted me after 4 days and several emails and my order was delivered a few days later. So the site is legitimate. They could work on their customer service - most sites will let you know when your order is likely to arrive as soon as you make your order. They keep you updated on where they are with dispatch prior to delivery. This site could do a lot more of that. If you read the small print of their automated email, it says they don't work weekends, which I guess is the reason for the lack of response (my order was made on a Friday). But they probably should have skeleton staff on weekends to attend to orders. They could do a LOT more on the customer service side. But do not fear, the site is legit. Original review: I'm not sure if uk.moroccanoil.com is a legitimate website. I ordered a bunch of products worth about 100 GBP 4 days ago and, other than a confirmation email, I haven't received any additional info on my order. The website says delivery is within 2-3 days but when I check on my order it still reads 'unfulfilled'. I have emailed them a couple of times and received no response. They only have a single contact which is an email address, which they clearly don't respond to. I was excited about their products, but much less so now. I would recommend ordering on Amazon as at least there you have some control and there are consequences to the supplier. Not sure I would order any of their products again though as they clearly care very little about their customers and customer experience.

I love their products, especially the fragrance. Delivery was quick and well packaged. No complaints.

Great products, love the smell and they make my hair look shiny. Very informative through the all process from ordering till the delivery, ordered few times and never had any problems.

This is a genuine company, I was kept informed of my orders progress.. which arrived in a timely manner. My products were beautifully packed, and complete. I do feel the previous reviews are unjust, and makes me wonder if there are some fake websites out there. My advice to you would be wherever you order your moroccan oil from maybe research that particular website and check you're on the genuine site. I placed my order on 24th October & received order on 28th October 2024 I highly recommend.

I love their products, nothing else tames my frizzy hair! Ordered directly from their website and the items were dispatched the same day, arriving the next, in protective packaging and even included some free gifts and samples. Excellent experience overall.
