5 star customer service from Jenny was lovely and great customer care

i wasnt able to track my parcel and so emailed mooslover to find out if it had been shipped and Jenny was a huge help she told me my tracking number and where my parcel was right now absolute legend thank u jenny

Jenny was awesome i reached out on the weekend during non work hours but she replied back within 24hrs and helped me resolve my issue 100 % great customer service

Honest review time. Awful lot of really sketchy looking reviews for this site so I thought I would add a genuine one. (Mooslovers, stop paying people to rate you 5 stars, it’s really obvious and looks really bad for your company. It’s so blatant I docked you by one star for this review because it suggests that your products and services are not good enough to stand up on their own) my Husband bought me a body suit thing that is meant to suck you in from this company. It took a long time to arrive, but when it did I was happy with the quality of the product. The claim is that it sucks you in like magic and gives you great boobs. I will say that it stops you from being as wobbly, but m&s’s shape wear is better if you want sucking in. However the garment is very comfortable. Downside is the bra-hook on the gusset that you have to undo every time you need the loo - it’s fiddly and located too far back. The brown colour is nice, it’s a warm brown and I like it. But for real Mooslovers - the fake reviews? Cut it out, it looks absurd and it’s insulting that you think we’re all stupid enough to not be able to see them a mile off. I would have bought a second one, I will not be doing so now because of this dodgy behaviour.
