Montecwear Tracking Order Status

I had an excellent experience with Montec, from queries I had prior to making the purchase, to shipping, to receiving my order and post purchase customer care. I 100% love my new bib - first bib, fit perfectly - the sizing guide was so handy and it is a quality product. I would purchase my snow gear from Montec again and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone that like quality and service. Overall 10/10! Thanks team.

Never had such a pleasant customer experience so would 100% recommend. Primarily because their stuff is awesome, secondly because everyone is so lovely. Initially, my goggles arrived with a few small scraches but i had no time to replace it as my holiday was in 2 days. Later, the team reached out asking about my experience to which i replied that goggles arrived with a few small scraches so was a bit dissapointing. They suggested to refund or send a new pair of goggles (even efter I’ve used them) so i selected the 2nd option and just received the new pair which looks perfect. Sent the old ones back.

2x komplette Outfits (Jacke, Hose, Handschuhe) für Sie und ihn bestellt. Fazit nach 10 Skitagen: Handschuhe an der Seite aufgerissen. Skihose von ihr komplett an beiden Hosenbeinen durchlöchert/zerschnitten. Keine Stürze o.ä., ausschließlich durchs Skifahren entstanden. Angebotene Kulanz seitens Montec für beide Fälle: 55 Euro Entschädigung. Argumentation Handschuhe: Doof gelaufen, sollte nicht sein etc. pp. Argumentation Skihose: Gebrauchsspuren durchs Skifahren (Skikontakt Kanten etc.) --> Ach wirklich? Das ist natürlich logisch, dass es Abnutzungsspuren sind. Dennoch sollte eine Skihose solche aushalten, dafür ist sie gemacht! Das können und wollen wir so einfach auch nicht akzeptieren. Und es ist auch im Vergleich zu anderen prämierten Herstellern schlichtweg nicht qualitativ in Ordnung, dass so etwas passiert. Immerhin war die Hose 200 Euro teuer. Fazit: Keine Weiterempfehlung. Qualität schlecht. @Elliott: Der Kundendienst hat so agiert, wie oben beschrieben. Also nicht zufriedenstellend. Bitte nehme Kontakt mit mir auf. Danke!

Bought the Lima fleece hoody purely for cozy lounging. Happy with the quality and style of the hoodie, it’s like wearing an oven 🔥🥵… just a shame the hood isn’t also lined with fleece, maybe something to think about in the future, that would complete it IMO otherwise can’t fault it.

Great experience, from their online 'Create Outfit' platform to help build your outfit, delivery and quick returns. The items I kept for the first season are not showing any wear and are very comfortable. Would recommend to anyone.
