Contacted Monster USA via e-mail about problems with 2 MONSTER ISPORT VICTORY IN-EAR WIRELESS HEADPHONES and they referred me to Monster EU. Monster EU doesn't respond to any of my e-mails (reminded them multiple times) and Monster USA hasn't replied to my e-mail since, so I'm unable to get in touch with them to claim my warranty.....

Im Mai 2019 reklamierte ich einen defekten Kopfhörer, den ich 9 Monate zuvor bei Monster Europe gekauft hatte, also innerhalb Gewährleistung. Nach zwei Mahnungen wurde ich von Monster U.S. gebeten, mich an eine neue E-Mail Adresse des Europa-Teams zu wenden. Im Juli bat ich das Europa Team um Ersatz des defekten Produkts. Nach drei weiteren Mahnungen an das Europa Team ist meine Garantie-Anfrage immer noch unbeantwortet. Nach 6 Monaten und vieler unbeantworteter E-Mails bin ich der Meinung, das Monster seine Kundenanfragen völlig ignoriert. Ich persönlich werde keine Produkte von Monster mehr kaufen und kann diese Firma auch niemanden empfehlen. On 14th of May 2019 I claimed a defect of the headphones I bought 9 months before (August 2018), i.e. within the warranty period. After two reminders Monster U.S. advised to contact your EU customer support team. On 19th of July I asked the EU team for replacement. After three reminders to the EU team my inquiry still remains unanswered. After more than 6 months and numerous emails I am of the opinion that MONSTER completely ignores its customers inquiries. Consequently, I will never buy any MONSTER products furthermore and cannot recommend this brand to anybody of my contacts. Sorry to say.
