MoneySupermarket Energy Tracking Order Status

I had £90 left in my rewards wallet which was due to expire by the end April. I wanted to use some of it up to book my next MOT test however I couldn’t access the vouchers due to some technical issues. I raised the matter via online chat and I was informed that the issue was on their side which was affecting some of the accounts. The agent (Jackie) raised a ticket with the technical team as a matter of urgency as the vouchers in my reward wallet were a few days away from expiring. They have now resolved the problem and extended my rewards expiry date for another 2 month as a gesture of good will, I imagine.

I am so very very thankful to of gone through money supermarket, to look for a mortgage loan to buy our very first house, we were then allocated the best mortgage advisors who went above and beyond to get our mortgage application approved with an offer! I then went back on to this site to look for life insurance, and once again I was given the best advisors to help me with my life insurance claim! Honestly i couldn't fault these guys at all and i was glad we came on here rather than looking locally! We were a very lucky couple to get all of this sorted from start to finish! Not scammers at all, far from it!!!!!

I'm happy. Managed to switch from the OVO to EDF despite most other sites giving no options at all. I realise we're all on the price cap but have had very poor experiences of OVO's billing so any alternative is very welcome.

I got the cheapest deal from money super market compared to the other sites. So I am happy with them this year.
