Modibodi Tracking Order Status

Don't pay express postage. I ordered 10 days before a trip expecting the 2-3 day $12 express postage would get it here in heaps of time. 7 days later the parcel has not left the company. AI bot told me "Don’t worry too much about it; we're seeing a bit of delay due to the high volume of orders from the holidays" but now I have a product coming I will have no need for and no swimming on my trip! Thanks

I had an issue with a wrongly sized item which I didn't notice immediately. I contacted modibodi and Cess resolved the problem. Excellent customer service. Will definitely order again.

I ordered a few pairs of pants and immediately noticed that the previous address had been entered. I emailed to cancel within 2 minutes of the order to cancel, no response and the package was dispatched. I emailed again asking for the order to help cancelled. No response. Will be reverting back to Wuka.

The quality of the product isn't good. Panties are leaking throught the seams. The matheral feels nice on the skin and I had high hopes taking into consideration the price of the products. However, i was left disappointed, I bought a heavy flow panties with the hope they'll keep me dry for up to 12 hours. A couple of hours of use and they leaked through the seams... *update* I was contacted by the seller and told to get a fresh pair as it bought these undies 2 years ago and apparently it's wear and tear. However, the undies were leaking throught the seams from day one..
