Modern Tailor Tracking Order Status

$110 custom shirt is a Giant rip off w no returns. Cheap fabric and it cones from China a month late. No returns. When there are no google reviews on this company this should raise a red flag for everyone to stay away

Had a good experience several years ago, so ordered some shirts again and the long wait started. After claiming I got a response there was delay due to covid restrictions. And then I heard nothing for anather month.

Had a jacket from them, am surprised at these negative reviews, but then again trust pilot lets anyone review any product so its not worth the time really, but I would say that Modern Tailor actually do a decent job...don't take much notice of this site,

ModernTailor doesn’t stand by its product. Good luck if you have a sizing, shipping, or quality issue. They’ll give you the runaround for about 2 months then stop communicating with you altogether. My new suit was stuffed in a Small FedEx package, torn apart by Chinese customs, then taped back together in a ball of cloth. Suit was damaged by shipping, the color/material wasn’t consistent with online description, sizing/fit had issues, and thoroughly disappointed with low quality material. ModernTailor made no effort to correct any of these issues. Not one. Their customer service makes commitments to correct with no follow through. Poor quality material + poor fit + poor customer service = DON’T BUY!

Sent a different fabric than ordered with collar so off cebter it was not usable. After many questions by email they went dark. Comically bad.
