MOD Appliances Tracking Order Status

my husband is into juicing and has been juicer shopping for a long time. MOD juicer has been easy to use, clean and separates pulp etc from the fruit with ease.

After a week or so getting used to how to use the Mod Cold Press including getting jammed, and the time it toke to clean, I finally got the hang of it, and now I am very happy with its performance and how quickly I can make great juice, and clean up!

During my 30 day cash back guarantee I called customer service advising the macine was stained with carrot and he advised to use vinegar and bicarb to get it off. It hasn't come off. I wanted to swap for a black one as it should not stain. It is a juicer. Photos had been sent. I haven't heard back. For a product that you pay so much for should be able to swap if it's not doing what it suppose to.
