Moda in Pelle Tracking Order Status

lovely shoes. But customer service is lacking. I had to return 3 out of 5 shoes I ordered - for my sons wedding . These were returned 2 weeks ago and I still have not had confirmation of whether they have been received or when I will be getting money refunded to my account. This is really worrying.

I’ve numerous pairs of Moda in Pelle shoes. Love the. But the last two pairs have been very disappointing. Shoes - suede type leather, no lining, very flimsy consequently don’t fit snuggly they gap at the sides. Have sent them back at my cost! Trainers - huge, ordered my normal size they are like buckets so big! Again had to lay for return so £8.38 for one not as described and one that’s badly sized. Still waiting for my refund! Have you changed as service was never this bad.

Good quality shoes and handbags always arrived packaged well

Another pair of lovely Moda in Pelle sandals. Have 2 pairs of boots and now 7 pairs of shoes/sandals. Lovely soft leather, comfy, great designs and I personally found true to size. Will definitely buy more in the future. Quick service too.

Received my bag within a couple of days and as always Superb quality and stylish,this is my third bag now and wouldn’t look anywhere else first, keep doing what you are doing👍
