MochaHost Tracking Order Status

What makes me happy is when I raise a ticket , the support is able to make out exactly my requirement and addresses that issue. And they dont dislike it, when we call them frequently.

I'm setting up my first site and Monica was able to walk me through pricing and the initial setup, especially when i chose "transfer" instead of "use my own domain" She was super helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. She walked me through it step by step. I couldnt have done it without her. She's the reason why I chose MochaHost. Thank You Monica !!!

I've been hosting at MochaHost for about 10 years. I have a Shared Hosting account. The cost is very good compared to other hosting companies and I think you get pretty good service and support relatively. There are issues once in a while, perhaps once every couple of years. For example, the automatic SSL (at no extra cost) renewal didn't happen for some reason. I jumped on their online Chat and within 5 minutes it was resolved (Thanks Deyan!)

Mocha is very Professional in General, and Pav V. was very helpful after my site was infected, and I had to recover. We had a chat and he found exactly and resolved the problem in code my site had on the home page.
