Mobileciti Tracking Order Status

I was wary about Mobile Citi after having read a lot of poor reviews where customers had received refurbished phones after ordering new ones. The box was sealed and the serial number on the box matched the serial number of the device on-screen. I've checked the serial number and battery health, and I'm satisfied that I received a new phone. I don't know if Mobile Citi are in the habit of trying to 'scam' customers with unsealed / refurbished phones; the reviews on TrustPilot, Google, and elsewhere suggest so - but this wasn't my experience.

I feel the need to write a good review because before I ordered I was concerned about all the bad reviews on here. Quite honestly, I had the best experience - extremely quick delivery (I ordered on a Friday, it arrived Monday), good quality and well packaged. Thanks!

Updated Review: I had serious warranty issue with Roborock, and Roborock didnt support. Mr Huang from MobileCiti stepped in and personally handled my complaint and sorted the issue as per my expectations. From my experience, I recommend to keep track of all events leading to any complaint and present to MobiliCiti with documented evidence, I have realised if the facts are correct and you have a genuine issue, MobileCiti will help you out. Also Mr Huang took detailed feedback from me regarding the warranty handling process and made internal changes to improve customer experience. Thanks MobileCiti
