It appears the company is very good. The articles on research are good as I also checked on PubMed and the like. As far as how it is affecting me, I've only been on it 30 days. I think it's helping a little with my energy. I am chronically fatigued from lack of a thyroid and heavy stress, so I really don't expect an instant cure. I am combining this supplement with a metabolic diet and exercising. Fingers crossed! Thank you :)

I used to take MitaQ a few years ago, I really worked well for me as I wasn’t tired and my body was less stressful. I decided to try again as my health has deteriorated with neuropathy starting from the feet upwards, at this stage I don’t really feel much benefit from taking it, I did order three months supply so to be fair I have one and a half months to go. If anyone knows a cure of this dreadful condition let me know?

MitoQ is the only supplement I have taken that I feel is working. In just a month, my muscles seemed to be more energetic, and I recovered more quickly from hard exercise. My only complaint is the cost!
