Needed a delivery brought forward so it was delivered before a time period and Claire dealt with my request promptly and kindly. Top notch customer service and will definitely use again for any other purchases.

Bought the same item but in different sizes on 2 separate transactions as result having to pay for delivery and return charges as not qualifying under their T&C's for free delivery/ return. They refunded the delivery charges, gave me a link for free returns with Royal Mail and kept me in communication with what was happening throughout the process. Top company and will use again in the future.

Bought a two piece Helly Hansen set from MI supplies 3 months ago. Developed rips in both legs at seams with minimal use. Messaged customer service and another pair sent out with no fuss. Can't fault them for their customer service in resolving the issue. Claire with whom I spoke to was a star and had the matter sorted immediately. Will use again in future.
