I had seen the “MOLTEN PEARL TWISTED MINI DOUBLE HOOP EARRINGS” in Hamburg when I was on holiday there and really loved the design. However I didn’t buy them at that moment because it wasn’t in my budget. I did take some photos for later reference and since I couldn’t forget about them I ordered them online since they weren’t sold anywhere near where I lived. First I had a problem with my delivery and when I reached out to their costumer service they immediately sent a new pair with their express delivery so I was very pleased with their service. I got them delivered to my house just now and I must say I’m a little disappointed about how they look. I compared them to the pictures that I took in Hamburg and to the pictures on their website and they used way bigger pearls on these items than on the ones I received. I think the bulky look of the bigger pearls with the gold twisted around them made them so beautiful and with the smaller pearls on my pair of earrings it looks kind of cheap. Overall not happy with what I got compared to the high expectations I had from seeing them in the store. Order number: 773707A

Okay so it's not top end jewellery but then again you're not paying top dollar. It is however very functional and fashionable and the website is great as is the delivery. Ordered a few items over the years and they still get worn and look great. Surely that's what jewellery is (nearly) all about? (we're not collectors or worried about the value of material affects) Thank you Missoma

Hi I received my necklace a while ago, and only have worn four times for maybe a few hours each time. It came with a bit of discolouration on the clasp but I thought nothing of it and assumed that the clap was just cheaper metal. However despite keeping it dry and away from perfume and skin creams it’s discoloured horribly despite keeping it in the box it arrived in and wiping the chain and gems after every use. I know theirs a year guarantee and I think mine is faulty or something.
