Evri lost my parcel, because they are the most useless delivery courier known to this planet. As a result, I ended up speaking with Melissa in customer service who provided a refund for the items that were now out of stock, an order cancellation/reprocessed the remaining items, and provided a partial refund for the next day delivery. Thanks, Melissa. :)

Shipping costs are far too much! £14.99 and still didn’t receive my nieces clothes for 7 working days even though I paid for express shipping..

After making purchase at the beginning of the week then reading the reviews I was concerned about my order… I purchased 2 pairs of jeans on Monday and they arrived today, beautiful fit and was a bargain. Very happy with my purchase and will be buying from the company again

While the quality of the products is commendable, I find it disappointing that I had to pay a hefty sum of £14 for the shipping and return of the items I didn't want. In my opinion, this is an unreasonable charge, considering the likelihood of having to return items for various reasons. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with no desire to make future purchases from this company
