Mint Mobile Tracking Order Status

Love Mint mobile! No more SIM cards when I come to the US. I live overseas for years at a time but the US is home! I’m always connected and really appreciate Mint mobile.

Had to contact customer service a day after signing up, service had dropped off drastically, he kept me on the phone as my services were checked for problems. He found the problem, emailed instructions, I made some adjustments on my end and restarted phone, all fixed. Later he called to make sure everything was ok. Talk about customer service!!!!

The price is amazing as well as the signal service and simplicity.

The service was listed as good on my area but is pretty spotty. The customer service is awful. I've done the chat 3 times, all of the waits were about 20 minutes. When I finally got to a person because the FAQ couldn't help my issue they did not help. I was referring to a clause on the website that I understood as an ability to extend my promotional pricing. She told me the clause didn't exist. I took a screenshot of the website and tried to send it but it wouldn't go through (service said 4 bars but who knows) I asked for an email address to send it to and I was told ut had to be the chat. I cut and pasted the verbiage, directed her to where to find it on the site and she said oh well you find that in your app. I went to the app to find the accurate pricing, told her it wasn't there and she said that it was for new customers only. The wording in question said something to the effect of fox tip: to extend your promotional pricing, renew for 12 months. Complete waste of time. If uts not possible, tell me on the front end don't waste 40 mins of my time walking you through your website to end with oh sorry new customers only.

Phone calls are bad quality. Always breaking. Not good reception in my area. Calls to Mexico can not be completed. Data is too slow, no connection at all. Have to go outside of a building to get connected
