Minnetonka Moccasin Tracking Order Status

I am a recipient of a Christmas gift from my daughter for moccasins for me and my husband (her stepfather). The sizing is terrible. Neither one of them fit. In pretty much every shoe I buy, I wear a woman's 8-1/2 and my daughter ordered an 8 in these moccasins, I literally would walk out of them when I took a step and this was the same for my husband. Then when my daughter tried to exchange them, she had to pay for another two pairs up front before she could return the extremely mis sized ones. Even the communication when she wanted to exchange for a smaller size was terrible. She had to ask twice how to get a return label. Then on top of that, they charged for the exchange. She didn't ask for a refund, just an exchange due the company's terrible sizing. Also, my daughter replaced the size 8's with a size 7 for me and a size 11 for a size 10 for my husband and the backs still don't fit right. I have to wear socks so the backs don't flop up when I walk, which pretty much defeats the purpose of wool lined slippers. Be assured, that I will never buy products from this company. Also, if you try to write a review on their website, their rules state that it will be reviewed by Minnetonka first and you then get notified if they approved your review which explains their high review rate.

I purchased my second pair of the Torrey design because my first pair wore out due to constant use. This shoe is fantastic. It is so comfortable. So furry inside. So soft. I love, love, love this shoe. The leather is easy to maintain and the inside is dreamy. I'll continue to rely on Minnetonka for my shoes.

Leider kamen die Schuhe zu spät an. Trotz Kontakt- Aufnahme kam leider keine Email zurück. Nach kurzem Tragen ist dann die Naht bei einer der Namensschilchen aufgegangen. Auch auf eine erneute Kontaktaufnahme inkl. Fristsetzung kam keine Antwort. Bei dem Preis der Schuhe ist dies absolut untragbar.

Ich rate von einem Kauf über die Seite Minnetonka.de ab, geliefert wird von SNI Marseille France, jedoch unvollständig, wenn man dann etwas retournieren möchte dann kommt trotz mehrmaligem Anschreiben über die Webseite gar nicht mehr. Ich rate von einer Bestellung definitiv ab!

Ich habe am 15. August über die deutsche Minnetonka-Website Mokkasins bestellt, aber bis auf die Benachrichtigung von PayPal, dass der Preis von immerhin 90 Euro abgebucht wurde, keine Bestätigungs-E-Mail erhalten und auch keine Information, wann die Schuhe versendet werden. Über PayPal sah ich dann, dass als Verkäufer nicht Minnetonka.de, sondern allezdiscount.com angegeben wird. Das finde ich verwirrend. Am 23.8. habe ich eine E-Mail an die bei PayPal genannte Adresse und zusätzlich an das Service-Center von Minnetonka.de geschrieben und um eine Info gebeten. Nach einer Woche habe ich noch keine Antwort. Ich hoffe, dass die Schuhe einfach irgendwann kommen, anderenfalls muss ich versuchen, über PayPal die Zahlung rückgängig zu machen. Das war defintiv der letzte Kauf bei Minnetonka aka. allezdiscount – alles sehr merkwürdig!
