Everything was good..apart from very slow delivery service over a week! Would use again and hope for delivery to be an acceptable 2-3 days as thats what the delivery states..👍

Arrived sooner than I expected. Great products. I like the smaller 1L pouches.

I ordered the linen washing liquid and softener. I am trying to be more aware of the products I am using, but find disappointing results in making my own laundry liquid. I had heard good things about this brand. Order came quickly, but was delivered by a very sheepishly faced postie, packaged in a post office plastic bag, very wet and soggy. The fabric softener had been smashed. I have emailed the company and had a response, so hopefully o will receive a replacement very soon. On the plus side I could instantly smell the fragrance which was lovely, and if it has the same effect on my clothes as it did on the cardboard packaging I will be happy!
