I've put in three orders in the last two months. It is taking them two weeks just to process the order and ship it. Customer service takes four or five days just to respond. This used to be the go-to for tabletop supplies, but since they were bought out by Asmodee, they've gone steadily downhill. They seem to be clearing stock, possibly to become a focused Asmodee/Kickstarter distributor, and are kicking their customers to the curb in the process.

So disappointed with my experience with them. Took a month to get my order, and when it finally showed up, multiple items were missing. Emailed customer service and got a weird auto generated email about clicking a link to reply ect but no link. After 3 days with no other response I emailed again and called a left a voice mail. A couple days later I get an email saying my missing items are out of stock and they will issue a refund. So you sent half an order and planned to not fill the rest of the order or refund me until I started complaining?? Worse part is I needed the items for a convention, and now do not have enough time to order them from another seller.

Love this game shop. Shipping is not the fastest in the Amazon age, but great selection and prices. I have used them from everything from BGG Secret Santa, to personal purchases.

Placed an order for 2 in-stock items on August 22. I've since received no communication from the company beside an order confirmation. I have sent two separate follow ups asking for status on my order and as of today my emails have been completely ignored. Miniature Market used to be my primary go-to for painting and mini supplies, but this experience has soured me on their service. Extremely poor customer service. Edit: I was contacted by customer support shortly after posting this. Though I wasn't able to get any information about my shipment, which doesn't help much, I am appreciative of the friendly reply and think it should accompany this review.
