Minga London US Tracking Order Status

nice range of clothing but all my orders keep getting cancelled due to inventory, even after customer service confirmed I had secured one; unsure if i'd buy again

Ive ordered from Minga 2-3 times now and Im always very happy. Their prices are quite reasonable and Im always pleasantly surprised by the quality. I have 3 jackets from them and I love them all

The clothes are good quality but the customer service is not of any help. I ordered 4 items, 2 of which I wanted to return. I followed the return guide on the website but I still haven't recived a refund. I emailed them multible times but they just stopped responding

I ordered 2 items and found them to be of really good quality. The sizing seemed quite big, though, so I'd recommend ordering the size you usually take, ignoring their sizing chart, e.g. if you're usually an XS but their sizing chart says you're an S, ignore that and order an XS) No issues with the delivery, other than Royal Mail took it back to the depot on their first delivery attempt as I wasn't home. Thankfully the efficient tracking link, provided by Minga, in my order confirmation email, meant I was able to request the package be delivered the next day and left in my front porch.

Je suis franchement déçu qu une marque européenne ne taillent pas correctement. J'ai commandé un top en taille UK18. (3XL) Habituellement cette taille est même trop grande mais j ajuste toujours par un couturier. Ce que j'ai reçu est tout juste une taille L. Voir M. Dommage car le tissu et la fabrique avait l air bien.
