Horrible experience with this designer. Purchased many items in the past for my wardrobe, including shorts and dresses. Quality is appalling. Shorts are coming apart after wearing them for half a day (for a lunch). The treading is coming loose in different parts of item. Similarly, purchased a Cady dress. Very pretty dress but quality is atrocious. Following their instructions for cleaning (dry clean only) but finding threads coming out, stitching coming loose. Again, I take very good care of all my clothing so absolutely shocked that clothes from H&M is lasting me longer than items from Milly. This month was the nail in the coffin for me. I tried ordering a Ally cocktail dress. I had issues with payment and their webpage wouldn't properly load (I was charged several times but luckily Amex immediately refunded these). After waiting for many hours in their 'chatroom' for an assistant to reply, I saw a message that their customer services are now closed. I very quickly emailed and waited for a response for many days. By the time the assistant replied, their sale had ended (funnily enough!). I still haven't had a response to my email since 2nd August (now 14th August). To finish things off, Without me knowing, my partner actually ordered this dress from Saks and it arrived today. The quality is horrendous. Threads sticking out, zip is poor quality (not YKK or any other reputable zips) so has to be forced at the top with the top parts bent. On the side hem, the stitching is coming apart. Material is see through. This is a $400 dress! Luckily Saks is doing a full refund. Never again will I be buying anything from this brand. Much better designer and non-designer items out there.
