Millets Tracking Order Status

Placed an order for 2 items only one turned up. I had to email twice asking where the second item was, to be told it was out of stock.

My husband has been looking around for walking sandals so we decided to visit to the Grimsby store today. We were met with two very professional and friendly advisors (one by the name of Carol) who were so helpful and extremely knowledgable regarding the sandals he required. We were shown several styles and opted for some Merrels. I noticed that this store has received an award in the past and I am not surprised with the two delightful ladies who helped us today. Well done Millets of Grimsby.

Visited Louth store to purchase a day sack. Served by Sarah who opened up bag for us, pointed out alternatives, then advised us about the half price offer. We wanted 2 bags, so purchased some mint cake and were delighted with the bargain.

Pleased with all my purchases. Good quality items received promptly all in good condition. From Millets you know what you’re getting as all good brands. Will use again. Excellent service.

Visited Grimsby store today. Staff excellent. Went to get some Grisdale shoes - no longer sold by Millets. Crazy decision and brilliant shoe. Manager I think suggested another shoe. Just the job. Great service, knowledge, staff friendly and so helpful- definately worth a visit
