Loving the Milky Plant, saved at least 25% of the cost already. Every communication with them come back with dpot on responses. It took 3-4 goes to get the mix right but if your having problems communicate and they'll help you out quick ❤️‍🩹

Just signed up to reserve the new Milky plant plus machine in the spring. Have messaged Customer service several times with questions about their product and they have been most helpful, responding within 24 hours each time. Excellent customer service. Can't wait to get my machine in the spring.

While I ultimately chose not to keep the product, the return process was quick and efficient, with great response teams from the Milky team.
