I ordered my items on February 4th, expecting them to be delivered on February 11th, before Valentine's Day. Only part of my order was delivered (two bracelets, a necklace and a pendant, well made and as described on the website). The remaining items were not delivered (today it is March 1st). Costume service is neither quick nor informative. At the moment, I have gotten three promises that my items would be sent as soon as possible, and that tracking numbers would be informed soon (sometimes saying they would include free items). So far, no delivery has been confirmed, and no new tracking number has been sent. While they ask that we contact them through the website, replies are few and far between. E-mails have been bounced back (company has been warned about that both on the website chat and on their Instagram DMs). I hate to make this complaint public, but I have contacted them through 3 channels (e-mail, live chat, Instagram DM), and so far have gotten neither a solid response or my missing items.

I had placed an order on February 12th and have not yet received it yet. There is no update on the tracking website post February 14th. My order number is 88689
