Micralite UK Ltd Tracking Order Status

I am extremely happy both- with the product and the service. I was looking for a buggy for my baby that will be comfortable and trendy. My baby is now 18 month and still gets complements about the buggy and how well maintained it looks. I had a small issue with the hood and got a helpful response even when it was after 12 months of the day I brought it. Would highly recommend!!!

I've had a good experience generally. I genuinely think their travel sleep cot has been incredible. It's better than the baby Bjorn travel cot and half the price. The profold buggy has also been excellent in most cases compared to other options on the market. Very few were cabin approved at the time of purchase and those that were, were painfully expensive and Micralite had made a real effort to come up with an affordable buggy that was lightweight, and folded small enough to be cabin approved. Mostly we loved the buggy but there were a few improvements that could have been made, the safety bar was difficult to get on and off (you couldn't just swing it), the basket was on the smaller side although we rammed loads in!, but the bit I found frustrating was the suspension. Yes it added extra protection for the baby against bumps but it also impeded the maneuverability. Getting it up and down small bumps and curbs meant a lot more effort from mum and dad! It has since been discontinued and it looks like a lot of the pain points we had have been improved on the new Get Go buggy BUT at twice the price and I'm not sure it is cabin approved. Still lightweight. Personally I would recommend the brand and we did have some dealings with them, but it would be good to see a cheaper buggy that is cabin approved back on the list as this really solved a gap in the market. Now they are competing with lots of others it will have to be pretty perfect. I hope the suspension doesn't cause the same issues (it does look different).

Had a few issues with my Fastfold. It was picked up promptly and returned to me in four days, following a few tweaks. I am delighted with the correspondence and service from Micralite. Fabulous! I have sung Micralite's praises to family and friends. Tracy, Wirral

I bought a Micralite pram on recommendation and we started to have a few glitches with it. As it came with a 3-year warranty I got in touch with their customer services team, and they were so lovely to deal with. They arranged to have our pram collected for repair, and as it couldn’t be repaired fully they are sending us a replacement pram instead. Sophie has been helpful and kind through the whole process, and has kept us informed of what’s been happening with our return. I would buy from them again in a heartbeat. Thank you, Micralite!

This review is in relation to customer service. When I ordered the travel cot two weeks ago, I had payment taken twice in error. I got in touch with customer service and they insisted that I had received two orders and they could not refund my second payment unless I returned the items (which I never actually received). I tried to call but their phone lines were initially down due to 'training' and then again for 3 days due to a fault in the area. No one was able to help me and the woman over email insisted I received two cots. I decided to return the cot I had received and had to continue to argue my case that I only received one cot with a duplicate payment. Someone over the phone eventually refunded my duplicate payment and hopefully, I get the second one refunded upon collection of the cot. It was a really stressful experience and I wouldn't risk ordering online with them again.
