The quality of some items were very poor compared to how they were advertised

Had a set of wind deflectors a few years ago... Great idea... Decided to Google for them... Up came Mick's Garage among others... Decided to go for Mick's Garage... They had full instructional video how to fit etc .. Plus they were the cheapest for a full set. Delivered within the week.. Good quality.. But I noticed 2 clips were missing.. But still fitted fine... Decided to email them .. Response was instant... Couldn't believe it... Clips were there the next day... Highly recommended... Will be getting my car stuff from here in future... Tops*****

First time buying from this site and have no complaints. The wind deflector I bought were a very good price, arrived on time and were a perfect fit. These wind deflectors were for my Mini Clubman (19 plate). Some sites were misleading saying these were not compatible if you had electric folding mirrors, but this isn't true at all. There is plenty of space in between the folded mirror and the deflectors. Will definitely shop here in the future.

I was looking at having a tow bar or a roof rack. I found a roof rack on your site on last Saturday evening. So I ordered one. I was surprised to see it was dispatched that evening. I received on Tuesday morning. I found it a bit of a challenge to put together until I read the instructions on how to do. Then it all fell into place when I followed the instructions. Looking back on how it all fitted together anyone could get it together in no time. I am very happy with everything about my purchase. Easy to fit good price excellent service and looks well on my car.I had one small issue which was put right by your staff by return the next morning. As I said an excellent service.
