Michaels Tracking Order Status

Excellent service from Andrea Filipe. I have only been in the store (27th Street in Milwaukee WI) twice this month (vs. online orders) and she was the same helpful and friendly person and should be recognized. Keep up the good work Andrea!!

I shop at Michaels frequently and I am always impressed with how clean and stocked the stores are I tend to go to the one in Brandon Fl. #9568 recently I had some framing work done and the nicest fella named Jake assisted me he was so kind and so knowledgeable it was such a pleasant experience so thank you to whomever the manager of this Brandon store is you certainly have great staff and a very tidy store

Aside from having some of the Happy Planner supplies which I always love checking out, I made a purchase and my check out person was fantastic, he was pleasant, and quite a delight to talk with. His name is Derek from the Bank st. store in Ottawa. He is definitely an asset to the store.

The website is difficult to use and has minimal functionality. I am asking if the memorial day flowers are "in" yet, as promised by the Lees Summit store last week. They just go to Floral, and don't acknowledge the difference between summer floral and Memorial day wreaths and gravesite floral (which are supposed to be plastic?? I don't know and neither does the staff...}. Also I go to the list of locations and pick Lees Summit as my store, but when I go to look at a floral arrangement, I get kicked to the Columbia store and see only what they have in stock. I'm an hour and a half from Columbia, about 40 minutes from Lees Summit. There is no apparent way to say I want Lees summit as my preferred (and default) site.
